10-29-2008 Training
Fuss up & Down center line with right turns each end
20 minutes
Ate before & 1 hour rest
Started with just getting his attention and feeding him for look
I was better at feeding for proper position and attention
Head not casting as much |o <– walking (front and rear on same track)
Was dropping his nose on occasion (thinking I dropped food, like I said I’m not to hot at the feeding)
Was getting better sitz on the left (rump straight…touch far out)
Less driven for kibble (Kerry gave him dinner B4 I got home)
10 Minutes food 1 minute FREE –> Hose
10 Minutes worked FUSS with two hose
- Less able to lure, but he was more driven to work
- Shorter sessions with couple of tosses after perfect form & attention (FREE)
Appears there was some progress, might switch food to hotdogs though that seems to fry his brain into overdrive.
Drive was a lot nicer when I used only the two hoses…seems that the food might be a little distracting (haven’t decided yet)
