Steve Romard’s Leaked workout routine
Lenny and Erik van Gogh – since the video is kind of busting Steve’s balls I figured I give him props by posting a good pick of his son and his dog enjoying a bike ride.
Steve Romard has started a more robust workout in preparation for the Nationals in Reno this year! From what I see of this leaked video I think it’s definitely going to increase his speed on the front half!
